Anyone know Y the plug in is missing?

Cannot listen to the Hmong Music in Hmongza currently.

Is it some kind of technical issue or what?

at first, you need to upgrad your adobe flash player, use the last here
Flash player

if still not work, you need to install some codec for video or audio
use this link , this will be enough to play the most type of video or audio you can find those days
Klite codec

for the codec, just install those with mark if you don't know
